Structure Before Intensity

A private, small-group retreat for adults navigating transition, legacy, and emotional depth with maturity and responsibility.

Depth requires preparation.

Transformation requires integration.

Both are built into the structure of this retreat.

Preparation and follow-up integration are included.

Participation begins with conversation.

Retreat Structure

This retreat is built around sequence, preparation, and integration. The process unfolds in three deliberate phases:

1. Preparation

Preparation begins before arrival. Each participant takes part in a private conversation to explore their psychological context, review medical history, and clarify intentions relevant to the retreat experience.

This ensures alignment, readiness, and a safe, meaningful process from the very start.

This phase establishes:

  • Emotional readiness

  • Clear expectations

  • Personal orientation within the structure

Preparation ensures that depth is approached responsibly rather than impulsively.

2. The Retreat Experience

The retreat itself unfolds within a contained, small-group setting. The pace is deliberate. The process includes structured contemplative and ceremonial work conducted within a culturally respectful framework.

The Catalysts & Framework

Our methodology creates a synergy between traditional catalysts and modern psychological containment.

The experience is guided by two primary pillars:

  • The Heart-Opening Phase (Psilocybin): Utilized to soften egoic defenses, modulate the nervous system, and facilitate emotional fluidity.

  • The Realization Phase (5-MeO-DMT): A direct encounter with the direct experience of Being and intrinsic awareness, designed for a profound neural reset, clearing years of mental rigidity.

Together, they offer a window of cognitive flexibility that is simply unavailable through traditional means.

Intensity is never pursued for its own sake; there is no performance, no forced vulnerability, and no pressure for emotional display.

The environment is designed to support:

  • Psychological clarity

  • Emotional processing

  • Reflective depth

  • Mature dialogue

Structure holds the experience.

3. Integration

The process does not end when the retreat concludes. Integration is an essential phase that allows insight to stabilize into orientation within daily life.

Following the retreat, participants are invited to a structured group integration meeting held online, offering space for reflection, contextual understanding, and practical grounding of the experience.

When additional support becomes necessary, individual follow-up conversations can be arranged to address specific questions or integration challenges.

Integration ensures that insight becomes orientation — not just memory.

Depth without integration can destabilize. Integration restores coherence.

Who This Is For

This retreat is designed for adults who:

  • Are navigating a period of transition, reevaluation, or psychological maturation

  • Value structure and responsibility over spectacle

  • Are capable of self-reflection and emotional responsibility

  • Seek depth and meaningful insight

  • Understand that preparation and integration are essential

It may be particularly relevant for individuals in midlife or later life who are reflecting on legacy, identity shifts, or unresolved emotional processes.

This retreat is not appropriate for individuals with psychiatric instability, untreated trauma, or unmanaged medical conditions.

Readiness is assessed individually.

What This Is / What This Is Not

This retreat is:

  • Structured and intentionally paced

  • Small and curated

  • Grounded in psychological responsibility

  • Focused on clarity, integration, and coherence

This retreat is not:

  • An experience centered primarily on emotional catharsis

  • A substitute for clinical therapy

  • An unstructured spiritual gathering

The emphasis is on containment, clarity, and integration — not stimulation.

Practical Orientation

Location and dates are shared after initial conversation.

Participation is limited to maintain depth and containment.

An initial private call is required before confirmation.

This ensures alignment, readiness, and mutual clarity.
